These terms explain how FixIt Heroes handles your call-out requests, boiler enquiries and customer account. By using the website you agree to them.

When you submit a call-out request, you're asking us to find a qualified, insured local engineer for your emergency. Submitting a request is not a confirmed booking and doesn't commit you to payment.

Our team reviews your request and confirms availability and your call-out fee. You then authorise payment through our established payment provider only if you're happy to proceed. We don't take payment directly, and we don't promise an instant price or that an engineer is automatically available.

If no engineer is available for your area and service, we'll let you know before you commit, and you won't be charged.

A call-out covers engineer attendance, assessment of the emergency and make-safe work within the agreed scope. Additional materials and permanent repairs are quoted separately, according to the agreed terms, before any further work is carried out.

A boiler installation enquiry is a free, no-obligation request for a quote. No payment is required to enquire. A Gas Safe registered installer assesses your home and provides a tailored quote. You decide whether to go ahead — there's no pressure.

Your customer account lets you view your own bookings, their status and any agreed fee or engineer details. You're responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe. Your account shows only your own bookings.

You agree to give accurate information when you enquire or book. Updating your profile doesn't change the address on any booking you've already made.

Engineers are independent professionals. FixIt Heroes helps connect you with a suitable engineer and arrange the work. If you're an engineer interested in joining the platform, please use our engineer onboarding.
